Major Henry Green, Royal Army now retired, is shown at the thirteenth hole at the Ardene Golf Club, where he has driven into the rough for the third time. Although a keen golfer his game lacks the military precision of his former days, where, with his attractive wife Bunty, he grows old country roses of many varieties that they exhibit at the Doultonville Horticultural Shows. They have won several prizes. One of the judges is Flora Fuchsia. The Major and Bunty often may be seen walking in the hills with their Spaniel dogs, Captain and Lotty.
