Vintage 1930's Royal Doulton Doultonville Collection Character jug D-5601 "Dick Turpin" Match holder ashtray. Excellent condition no box.

Attributed to Charles Noke and Harry Fenton, renowned Royal Doulton Character Jug designers, this piece was produced in 1936-1960. It features the character Dick Turpin who was a famous notorious English Highwayman.

This piece is in lovely condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. It is hand painted and the colors are bold and bright. It stands 2 3/4 inches tall and is 4 1/8 inches wide. The maker's mark is clearly present on the bottom.

A perfect gift for the collector or fan of Royal Doulton pieces.
