Vintage 1973 Lladro Figurine: "Spain-USA" Ladies with Flowers

Vintage 1973 Lladro "Spain-USA" figurine. This piece is in exceptional condition and is listed as very rare in the Lladro Authorized Reference Guide 2006 edition on page 194 as "Very Rare". Made in 1973 this piece shows two young ladies with bows on their waists representing the national flags of both Spain and the USA. They are admiring flowers indicative of each country together. This piece is in exceptional condition and displays no damage whatsoever to the fragile petals of the bouquets.
An internet search on Google revealed only two other pieces of the 100 made in the USA and the other two - on different sites are selling for higher than this piece. Type Lladro Spain-USA into Google and see for yourself. I bought this piece at an exclusive auction house and will deliver in person to a mutually agreed location within 100 miles of zip code 16625 for free (only to outside of major cities). We would prefer to hand deliver this piece yet, will ship with a shipper that is qualified to handle pieces of this caliber with full insurance provided.
This item stands on a felt covered base at 14 inches tall by 7 7/8 inches wide by 5 3/4 inches deep and weighs 4 pounds and 14 ounces.
